Request for Quotes for Parking Lot Patch & Repair Work
United Township High School, District #30, 1275 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, Illinois is requesting
quotes for parking lot crack filling and patch and repair work.
Quote specifications are available in the Administrative Office. Questions are to be directed to Curt
Pratt, Director of Facilities at (309) 752-1620.
Quotes are to be sealed and delivered to the Administrative Office before 1:30 PM local prevailing time
on Thursday, May 10th, 2018. The quote envelope shall be sealed and marked “Parking Lot.” Quotes shall
include a lump sum to complete the project, written on company letterhead and signed by an officer of
The quote shall meet or exceed all specifications. The contractor certifies that he or she has read and
meets the standards set forth in the specifications. United Township High School reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
Labor cost for this project must adhere to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Law (820 ILSC 130/IETSEQ). If
during the course of this project the Illinois Department of Labor revises the prevailing rate hourly
wages to be paid on this project for any trade or occupation, it is the responsibility of the contractor to
change any rate of wages to be paid to each of their workers.

United Township High School District #30 invites written proposals for yearbook services for the 2018-19 school year.
Proposals will be received until 1:30 p.m. on April 2, 2018, in the United Township High School Administrative Center at 1275 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, Illinois 61244.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Yearbook Services” in the lower left-hand corner. Faxed or electronically submitted documents will not be accepted. Late proposals will be returned unopened.
United Township High School District No. 30 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any formalities as its best interest may require.
