The students and staff filled the orders for 150 families in 2 ½ hours and last year Toys For Tots helped 3,000 families and this year only 1,200 family orders have been filled. If you know of a family that needs help with toys this year the Toys For Tots Registration ends this Saturday December 2nd. It’s not too late to help one of these needy families, by donating a new unwrapped toy or money, make checks out to: UTHS Toys For Tots drop off money or check in the General Office or 259 north by Wednesday December 7th. The Marines are running short of toys for unisex 6 months – 3 year old and 10-12 year old Girls. You can also help a needy family out by donating some new or like new winter clothing for “The Oasis” until the end of the semester. Special thanks goes to Mrs. Tammy Dunker and daughter, Mrs. Puebla, Mrs. Drish and daughter for helping chaperone, their hard work was inspiring and helped make the night special for all who attended.
