Only a two days left to help out a less fortunate Quad City Child find a gift under his Christmas tree. This year Toys For Tots is expected to help 2,600 families and this year only 1,000 family orders have been filled and to make matters worse donations are at historic lows. It’s not too late to help one of these needy families, by donating a new unwrapped toy or money, make checks out to: UTHS Toys For Tots drop off money or check in the General Office or 259 north by Thursday December 6th. The Marines are running short of toys for unisex 6 months – 2 years old and large toys for 3-5 and 6-9 year old along with mature Puzzles and Coloring Books. You can also help a needy family out by donating some new or like new winter clothing for “UT Cares” and “The Oasis” until the end of the semester.
– Seniors, 5 new Scholarships have been added to the Scholarship list as of 11/27/18.
French club Holiday activity will be held at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4th in the French room 250N. If you wish to participate bring a wrapped “uni-sex” gift of $5 or less and/or a toy to donate for Toys for Tots. Hope to see you there!
