On Tuesday, April 10th, Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors will be in attendance for SAT testing. 12th graders will not attend school Students must report to school by 7:45 AM. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00. Late arrivals may not be admitted in testing rooms. Students should bring a calculator and two number two pencils. Cell phones and all other electronic devices are not permitted in the testing rooms. The SAT is an IL graduation requirement, so please make every effort to have your child at school. Testing will finish at 12:30 with busses home at 12:45.
Attention current sophomores and juniors interested in being a Link Crew Leader. Applications are now available in the Counseling office or Room 246 North. Previous leaders must reapply. Applications are due Friday, April 13th no later than 8am and should be turned in to the counseling office. Please see Mrs. Drish or Mrs. Patikowski if you have questions.
Shero’s is once again bringing The Clothesline Project to UT.
The Clothesline Project is a testament to the violence against women and children. These are shirts made by the victim’s attempts to help others understand the trauma of domestic violence and sexual assault. This display will be here on Friday April 6th during all lunch periods outside of the cafeteria.
If you have passed classroom Driver Education and have a Permit and would like to take Behind The Wheel 4th Quarter you will need to go to Mr. Burklund’s room 259North before school, start of 4th period Lunch or after school and “Update” your “Behind the Wheel Request Card.” If you do not update your Behind the Wheel Request card you will not be assigned a Behind the wheel teacher.

Are any of you Interested in Western Illinois University’s Quad City campus? There will be a field trip on Friday, April 13th for interested juniors and seniors. Space is limited and permission slips are due back April 6th. Please stop by the counseling office for more information or to pick up a permission slip.
-Seniors, 5 new Scholarships have been added to the Scholarship list. Two of these Scholarships are due next week, so come in and check them out! The Scholarships due next week are the Silvis Optimist Club Scholarship and the Craig Manwaring Scholarship. Applicants need to have a 3.0 GPA for these two Scholarships. Please come in and apply!
