LUA and iJAG are taking orders this week for the Unity t-shirts that Evan Martinez and Stanley Nounkounon designed! You can see the designs and order yours during lunches through Thursday this week. Bring $10 (or $12 for 2XL and 3XL) to order a shirt and show your support for unity, your friends Evan and Stanley, United Way, and iJAG.
Christmas is coming and it’s time to dig out that ugly sweater or come up with your own Christmas creation. Please join us Friday, December 8th, in the auditorium at the end of your lunch period. We are raising money for our UT Angle Tree and asking for a one dollar donation. Come parade across the stage for a chance to win, or just come and cheer on your classmates. Prizes will be given to the winner of each lunch period. We hope to see all of you Friday during lunch! The theme for the Panther Posse at the game December 8th will also be ugly sweater so get more use out of those ugly sweaters!
On Friday, December 15th, the Interact Club will be hosting a taco supper before the UT/Moline basketball game. The taco supper will be from 4:30 to 7:30pm and will include 3 hard shells tacos, a dessert and a beverage. The cost is $6. Please come enjoy some tacos before you go cheer on your panthers at the basketball game! Tickets are available at the door or from any junior Rotarian.
UT you only have until this Thursday December 7th to brighten the Christmas of a needy Quad City family by donating a new unwrapped toy toward the Toys For Tots program. Drop all Toys and cash or check off in the General Office or 259 north along with new or like new Winter clothing for the Oasis which can be dropped off until the end of the semester.
Student Council is helping the Love Hope Foundation
This organization wishes to innovate and improve the educations of students in Zambia. We are collecting new pencils. They can be wooden or mechanical. Donations can be given during your lunch starting Monday December 11th until Friday December 15th. Let’s show our support and meet our goal of 1,500 pencils!

There will be an Interact Club meeting this Thursday, December 7th in Cafe 3 at 7:30am. We need everyone to come so we can discuss the taco supper. If anyone misses the meeting due to yearbook pictures, please stop by the counseling office and see Mrs. Drish to sign up. Again, Interact Club meeting this Thursday at 7:30am.
