|Silvis Rocket Booster Scholarship||5/1/18||$500 awarded to a graduating senior who plans to continue their education. Applicant must have graduated from Silvis and attended there for at least 6 years. Applications are available in the scholarship filing cabinet.|
|Thomas K. Evans Memorial Scholarship||5/1/18||$5,000 Scholarship awarded to a student pursuing and degree in science, technology engineering or math. Must attend an accredited college program. Applications are in the Scholarship filing cabinet.|
|Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.||5/9/18||Applicant must be a female of African-American descent and have a 3.0 GPA. Applicant must be accepted to a two or four year degree granting institution. Applications are in the filing cabinet.|
|*Rock Island County NAACP Education Scholarship||5/15/18||$500 scholarship to a student who is planning to pursue a degree or certification from an accredited college, University or Trade school. Applications are in the scholarship filing cabinet.|
|Morrie Unterschiendt Memorial Scholarship||5/18/18||This scholarship amount is based on the memorial golf tournament that is held every May in honor of Mr. Unterschiendts son who passed away after graduating from college. Applicant must have 2.5 GPA or above and attend a college or University in the Fall. Preference is given to students with financial need. Applications are in the scholarship filing cabinet. Applications need to be turned in to Mrs. Demory in the guidance office.|
|*SFD Silvis Ladies Auxiliary Scholarship||5/23/18||$250 Scholarship awarded to a student with a 2.5 GPA or higher that lives in the Silvis Fire District. Student must be an active volunteer in the community. Scholarships are in the filing cabinet.|
