2024-2025 Registration Information
There are two portions of registration; both are required.
The online portion, which will open on July 1. All families MUST complete the online portion through the Skyward Family Access Link, found here or on uths.net under "Families --> Family Links". If you need assistance with your login name or password, email Tim Arnett at tarnett@uths.net.
If you need technological or language assistance with online registration, you may come to UT during in-person registration and complete the online portion in the building. Computers and staff to assist will be available.
In-person registration at UTHS. All families MUST attend in-person registration, which will take place Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31 from 12:00-6:00 PM each day.
Please park in the west student parking lot and enter in door F.
Required for ALL STUDENTS:
A completed UTHS Residency Verification form. English, Spanish, French
If possible, please print and fill this out prior to coming to registration!
Two forms of residency: utility bills, property tax statements, property insurance bills, lease agreement, state-issued ID, etc.
Fee payment for those who did not receive a fee waiver
Fee waiver application completed at in-person registration
Payment may be completed with cash, check, or credit card
Payment may be paid ahead of time online
Required for freshmen AND students new to the district:
Copy of birth certificate
Physical form
On July 30, school physicals will be available for a cost of $10.00 per physical during registration. The $10 will be a separate fee and will need to be paid in cash to the provider.
Required for students participating in a sport:
IHSA activity/athletic physical
Required for seniors:
Proof of 2nd Meningococcal Conjugate vaccine dose

Athletic/activity participation fee | $50 | Required for all non-fee-waived students who plan to participate in sports or drama |
Skyline yearbook | $50 | OPTIONAL. Reduced rate before early order deadline; $60 after early order deadline |
Activity ticket | $30 | OPTIONAL. Allows entry to all home athletic events |
Marching band | Varies | Paid directly to the band. Please contact the director |
Area Career Center, UTHS | Course, workbook, and lab fees vary. |
