We now process transcript requests using Parchment. It is the fastest and most convenient way to request your transcript. Instructions and link to Parchment are listed below.

If you are experiencing difficulty using Parchment, please call Parchment learner support at 847-716-3005 to assist in troubleshooting. Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm ET.

Immunization records
Immunization records are available from 1972 to the present.
The following information will need to be provided to access those records:
Name, Birthday, & Graduation Year
Other information may be needed to verify older records.

Click here to visit site and follow the onscreen instructions to complete Parchment orders for transcripts.

Step 1:  Log in or Register at www.parchment.com (click here to visit site)

1. Sign in to your existing account by selecting Login at the top right of the screen OR
2. Register  your account by clicking on Order & Status then Student/Parent Order

Step 2:  Find Your School

1. Search for United Township High School in box where it says Find and Institution
2. Select United Township High School when it appears

Step 3:  Create an Account

1. Enter your email
2. Enter personal & contact information
3. Create a password & verify your account
4. Enter enrollment information & verify your name while attending

Step 4: Order Your Credential

1. Select Order under Transcript

Step 5:  Add Destinations

1. Select destination by searching for the name of the College or Institution
2. Use the option to send to yourself or another individual if you wish to send to yourself or you cannot locate the College or Institution that you need to send your transcript
3. Review destination

Step 6: Provide Consent

1. Complete the Transcript  Authorization form by eSigning

Step 7:  Payment

Provide debit/credit card  payment if there are any fees.  Current students are able to request electronic transcripts free of charge

Step 8:  Track Order

1. The status of your request will be emailed and updated in your Parchment.com account
