"Students, if you make a mess or leave a tray behind for someone else to clean up or pick up during lunch you will be assigned to restricted lunch. If you do not attend your restricted lunch you will receive additional discipline."
GUIDANCE:
Attention all Seniors: UT will be offering the SAT on October 11. This is optional for all seniors. If you would like to take the SAT, please sign up in the counseling office. The deadline for signups is August 25
Attention all Juniors: UT will be offering the National Merit Scholarship Qualification Test on October 11 This is optional for all juniors. All juniors in American studies will sign up with their teacher. All other juniors who would like to take the test please sign up in the counseling office. The deadline for signups is August 25. See Mrs. Whitcher in the counseling office if you have any questions.
College Visits are back! Sign up in the counseling office to speak with college representatives.

It is AP testing sign up time. If you are in AP chemistry, Art, Spanish, or Computer Science classes, you will sign up with your teacher. For all other AP testing, please come to the counseling office and ask for the signup sheet. See Mrs. Whitcher if you have any questions.
CLUBS:
Attention all Freshman! If you are interested in representing your grade in Student Council, Freshman Rep applications are due THIS FRIDAY August 25. Please bring them to Mrs. Hernandez in room 185 V as soon as possible!
Attention, UT students come join us for our first Latinos Unidos meeting of the year.
It will be held after school today Thursday Aug. 24 in room 256 north with Ms. Cantu.
"The Speech Team is going to have an informational meeting today Thursday, August 24th at 3:15pm in 224E. Speech (also known as individual events) is an IHSA competitive activity where students compete in a variety of events, ranging from political arguments, crafting a radio program, acting, prose/poetry reading, and traditional speeches. There are 14 events, so there is something that appeals to everyone! We are the two-year Regional Champions and have advanced entries to the state tournament for 6 of the past 8 years. Come to 224E on Thursday to hear more! Speak to Mr. Greer if there are any questions."
