Seniors: Friday, October 6th is the last day to get your senior picture taken by Photographic Arts at their studio and still be included in the yearbook. Get those appointments scheduled today! 

Seniors: Stop by Mrs. Green's room in 126E if you want an order form to purchase a senior baby ad section in the yearbook. The cost is $30 for one eighth of a page. Your family or friends can write you a special message that will be paired with an adorable baby photo of the 2024 graduate. The deadline for purchasing senior baby ads is November 3. Hope to see you soon in 126E for an order form.

Yearbook info here. The December 15th deadline for pre-ordering a yearbook will be here before you know it. Stop by the general office to purchase a reserved copy of Skyline volume 81 for the low price of $50. They accept cash, check, or credit card. The cost of the yearbook increases to $60 if you choose to wait to buy a book when they arrive at the end of the year. Pre-ordering a 2023-24 yearbook is the only way you are guaranteed to take home this memory keepsake at the reduced price.   

ALL UT and UTEC students, Your FINAL opportunity to get your picture taken and be included in the yearbook is scheduled for the October 20th retake and make-up day in the auditorium. Their English classes will not escort students this time around. Students will need to go to the auditorium on their own time, between the hours of 7:30-3pm. No exceptions can or will be made for missing this deadline. Contact skyline @uths.net if you have any questions.

"Looking for Behind the Wheel Drivers.  If you need to update your Behind the Wheel info card, you can come to room 102S before school, 2nd or 4th hour.  Bring your GDL log book."

Black Hawk College is hosting their 51st Annual College Night on Thursday, September 28. The college fair is being held here at UT from 5:30-7 PM. Students and their families are welcome to attend, no sign up necessary. 

"Attention College Bound Seniors: The FAFSA is an application needed for College, it helps determine eligibility for State and Federal Financial Aid. FAFSA help will be available starting every Thursday after fall break. Sign up in the Counseling Office!"

CLUBS:

This week is the LGBT+ club's first event of the year. The goal of Ally Week is to bring awareness and support the LGBT+ students here at UT. To participate wear something with the theme color for that day.

The theme days for Ally Week are:
Wednesday – GREEN
Thursday – BLUE
Friday – PURPLE OR PINK
If you are participating, come take a quick picture after school by Miss Williams room 125E.

There will be no student council meeting this Friday. We did a great job with homecoming and will start working on student hunger drive and dance marathon after the break.

SPORTS:

Girls Soccer will have an informational meeting in The Commons after school today Wednesday, September 27. This is open to all girls interested in playing soccer in the spring. We will begin at 3:15. See Coach Torres or Coach Davila with any questions.
