When sophomores and seniors return from break they will participate in the Illinois Youth Survey. It is a survey funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services that is designed to gather information about a variety of health and social indicators including substance use and perceptions, bullying, school climate, nutrition, and physical activity. It is an anonymous survey.
