Good evening UTHS and UTEC families.
This is a reminder that we resume school Monday, March 25th.
The first two and a half quarters we saw great success with reestablishing our learning environment by not allowing cell phone use bell to bell during class periods. Late in the third quarter we experienced some regression and we will have a focus to re-establish our cell phone protocols. Students will be expected to remain off of their cell phones and have their wireless headphones/earbuds put away bell to bell during class time. This includes time students are supposed to be in class, but are in the hall. We appreciate everyone's cooperation, as it has made a drastic difference in our classroom and school environment.
School will occur Monday through Thursday this week and then we will have Friday, March 29th as a school holiday. As a reminder, Monday, April 1st is now a student attendance day due to an emergency day used earlier in the school year.
