Attention all bilingual students! Do you speak a language other than English like Spanish, French, Arabic, Hakha Chin, or Mandarin Chinese? Do you want to earn free college credits? If so, the Seal of Biliteracy is for you! If you pass a test in your second language, you can receive free college credits at any public college or university in Illinois. Email Mrs. Erickson at kerickson@uths.net or text 563.447.0190 for more information or to sign up. You can also access the application by clicking "Students - Seal of Biliteracy application" on the UT homepage.

This quarter’s read and win prize goes to Nathalia Gutierrez. Nathalia, please come down to the library for your gift card. The read and win program is open to all, and simple to participate. Fill out a form on the library's website after you have read a book. For any questions please see a library staff member.

The first foster’s voice meeting of fourth quarter is at 7 am next Thursday, April 4th, in gym A! Come join us to start your quarter off with mental health awareness!

GUIDANCE:

Seniors - 4 new scholarships have been added. Check out the updated list on the counseling classroom.

"Shawn Johnson from the Golden Apple Foundation will be at UT today, Tuesday, March 26 from 10 - 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Center Conference Room and interested students should sign up in the Guidance Office.

The Golden Apple Foundation awards tuition support to students of Illinois schools who plan to go into education and stay in Illinois to teach. The program assists students with college tuition, job placement, and mentoring during college and the first years of teaching. More information on the Golden Apple Foundation is located in the Guidance Office."
