As the end of the year is upon us, any activity that damages school property, disrupts the school day, disrupts a school sponsored activity or impacts other students will lead to school discipline, police action and or possibly not walking at graduation. Please make wise choices.

"The 1st Floor North Boys restroom is closed for the rest of the semester. The 1st Floor East Boys restrooms are OPEN for the rest of the semester. The Commons bathroom is always open for use. Please plan accordingly."

"There will be an informational/interest meeting for all those interested in joining the speech team next year on Tuesday, May 21st at 3:15 in 224E. IHSA speech consists of 14 individual events that cover a variety of skill areas, such as acting, persuasive speaking, informative speaking, crafting a radio broadcast, political/economic analysis, and poetry interpretation. Feel free to stop by on Tuesday after school to learn more about this great activity."

Gamer's Club will meet this Friday from 3 to 5 in room 149N."

The final Foster’s Voice meeting will be next Thursday, May 23rd, at 7 AM in gym A! Come join us to celebrate our seniors and finish off the school year with mental health awareness!

GUIDANCE:

The representative from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, Ms. Madeleine Schaefer, will be at UT tomorrow morning from 9 - 11:30 to meet with students to discuss the FAFSA.  

If you need to meet with Ms. Schaefer to address questions or finalize your FAFSA submission, you should plan on attending.  Sign up is in the Guidance Office.  Ms. Schaefer will meet with students in the Center Conference Room, again, from 9 - 11:30 tomorrow morning."

SPORTS:

"For any Boys or Girls interested in Running Cross Country in the fall, there will be a short informational meeting on Wednesday, May 22nd right after school in the woodshop, room 196V.  If you are unable to attend, email Coach Webber or stop down and see him if you have any questions." 

"Congratulations to the boy’s track and field team for winning the Class 3A Moline sectional meet last night.  The panthers qualified for state in the 4 x 100m relay with the team of Alijah Grumadas, Isaih Grumadas, Anthony Robinson and Caeden Terrell; the 4 x 200 m relay with the team of Grumadas, Grumadas, Isaih Navarette, and Terrell; the 100m dash with Grumadas and Grumadas; the triple jump with Korey Randle and Icone Logo; the long jump with Randle; the discus with Michael Kpomassy; and the shot put with  Kpomassy. Michael Kpomassy was the sectional champion in the shot put, and Korey Randle was the sectional champion in the long jump and triple jump. Last night's win capped off an undefeated 2024 season for the boys track and field team - the first in program history."
