Picture Day is quickly approaching! Starting Monday, August 19, students will be escorted by their English teachers to the auditorium for their 2024-25 portrait session. After pictures, each student will receive an individualized card with picture viewing and ordering information. Please take your card home!!! The picture schedule is as follows:
Freshmen - August 19, Sophomores and Juniors - August 20, UTEC and Remote students - August 21, and Seniors - Thursday, August 22. Seniors who DO NOT have a first semester English class are expected to go to the auditorium, on their own, between the hours of 7:30am-3pm to have their picture taken. CLUBS:
It's time for the Panther Players fall show! The informational meeting for our play, Badger, will take place on Thursday August 15th at 3:15 in the auditorium. Theater is much more than simply being on stage. We are also looking for people to help build set, work backstage crew, and learn our tech booth. If you have an questions, or are unable to attend, email Mrs. Henderson at khenderson@uths.net.
The first Foster’s voice meeting will be this Thursday at 7 am in gym A! Foster’s Voice is a mental health and suicide awareness club at UT. Bring a friend, grab a donut, and help fight the stigma around mental health!
Attention all students and student athletes! The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be having their first meeting of the school year on Tuesday the 13th! Join us in Gym A at 7 am for games and to meet your new huddle leaders for the 2024-2025 school year!
GUIDANCE:
Attention all Seniors: UT will be offering the SAT on October 7th . This is optional for all seniors. If you would like to take the SAT, please sign up in the counseling office. The deadline for signups is August 16th.
SPORTS:
Boys Soccer Tryouts for all levels will be on Monday August 12th and Tuesday August 13th from 3:45pm to 5:30pm at the soccer field in Carbon Cliff. You must have a current physical to tryout. If you need transportation to the soccer field please ride the shuttle bus which will pick up at 3:15pm outside the Athletic Hallway...... See Coach Davila if you have any questions.
