Staff and Students: Picture retake/make-up day is October 30, from 7:30am-3:00pm. Stop by the auditorium, on your own time, to get your yearbook picture taken. Students will NOT be escorted by their English teachers this time around. October 30 is your final opportunity to have your portrait taken for it to be included in the 2024-25 yearbook.

Attention Seniors and Senior Parents/Guardians: Senior Baby ads are currently available for purchase. Order forms can be found in the General Office, Mrs. Green and Mrs. Gorgal's room (126E), and on the uths website. For full details, see the order form or contact Mrs. Green at skyline@uths.net. The November 8th deadline is quickly approaching, so reserve your senior's spot today and remind them how proud you are of their accomplishments!

Pre-ordered yearbooks for the 2024-2025 school year are available for purchase for $50 in the General Office and the UTHS website. The reduced price will remain in effect until mid-December. The price then increases to $60 thereafter. There will be a limited amount of books for sale at the end of the year, so please preorder your book today to guarantee yourself a copy of this memory keepsake. You DO NOT want to miss out on this one! 

GUIDANCE:

Black Hawk College will be here on October 31st for a spooktacular event. They will be in the library from 8am until 11am to help with applications, financial aid, advising, and other topics. Fliers have been posted with more information. See your counselor or Mr. Davis for more information regarding this event. Sign up is in the counseling office. 

"Students, Ms. Madeline Schaefer, the representative from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) will be at UT today Thursday, October 24 from 9 - 11:30.  Seniors, please sign up in the Guidance Office to meet with Ms. Schaefer to discuss all matters regarding financial aid."

"Students, if you have committed to the Armed Forces (Army, Army National Guard, Army Reserve, Navy, Air Force, Space Corps, Coast Guard, or  Marines), please see Mr. Davis as soon as possible.  We want to recognize you at the UTHS Veterans Day Assembly on Monday, November 11.So, if you have committed to joining the Armed Forces, see Mr. Davis."

CLUBS:

There will be a Student Council Meeting this Friday at 7:30 in room 109 S. If you ordered a stuco shirt, it will be available for pickup at the meeting. We have many volunteer opportunities to talk about so bring a friend and join us!
