This year over 9,000 children will register for assistance, which translates to over 33,000 gifts generously given to help the less fortunate in the Quad Cities. You can help by donating a new unwrapped toy; simply drop it off in in the General Office or Library by Tuesday December 10th. Two evening field trips open to all UT students to the Toys For Tots Distribution Center are planned for Tuesday December 3rd and Tuesday December 10th, but space is limited to only “25” students per night; pick up permission slips in the library. If you know of a family who may be in need help this Christmas they will need to register online at the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots website Registration ends November 30th.
