Pre-ordered yearbooks for the 2024-2025 school year are available for purchase for $50 in the General Office and the UTHS website. The reduced price will remain in effect until December 18. The price then increases to $60 thereafter. There will be a limited amount of books for sale at the end of the year, so please preorder your book today to guarantee yourself a copy of this memory keepsake. You DO NOT want to miss out on this one!
CLUBS:
This Friday student council will be having a hat and mitten drive in front of the auditorium from 7:15 till 7:50. If you bring in a pair of mittens, hat, scarf, or a dollar you will get a hot coco with all the fixings. These winter items will be donated to those in need
Next week is the last week of the semester so you know what that means... DRESS THEMES! The themes for next week will be:
Monday= Flannel,
Tuesday=Ugly Sweater,
Wednesday= Red and Green outfits,
Thursday= Holiday Hats,
Friday= Pajama day. Make sure to wear your festive attire.
Merry Christmas from the UTHS FCA! FCA is having a Christmas party on Tuesday, December 17th at 7 am in the girls gym. There will be snacks, games, trivia and prizes, including a grand prize of a $50 Amazon gift card. Bring a friend and help us celebrate this Christmas season. See you there!
GUIDANCE:
"Students, the Army National Guard will be at UTHS today in the Commons area during all three lunch periods. If you want to learn about career opportunities in the US Army National Guard, please stop by their table."
"The University of Illinois Chicago will be at UT today to meet with students during 7th hour. If you are interested in learning more about academic opportunities at the University, please sign up in the Guidance Office. If you have questions, see your Guidance Counselor or Mr. Davis, the College & Career Advisor."
Any students who received an invitation to participate in the STRIVE scholarship; please return your paperwork to Mrs. Drish before leaving for winter break.
