Multicultural Club wants to thank everyone for participating in the Black History Month door decorating contest! First place winner was: Mr. Garcia's room and second place was Mrs. Hernandez's room!
Prizes will be delivered on Monday. Thanks for participating and supporting Multicultural Club
CLUBS:
Student council will be having their spring blood drive Tuesday March 11th. Sign-ups will be next Wednesday the 5th and Friday the 7th. Sign-ups will be in all lunch periods.
UT FCA will have a meeting this Tuesday, March 4th, at 7:20 in the Girls Gym. Kinzie will be giving a lesson over John 3:16. We hope to see you there!
LGBT+ club is having a meeting next week after school on Wednesday March 5th. The club will meet in Miss Williams’s room 125E right after school to watch a Hearstopper episode and enjoy some candy! New students are always welcome!
Student Council will be having a Cereal Drive next Friday, March 7th at 7:30 AM. We will be outside of the auditorium collecting various cereal boxes that will be donated to United Township Area Local Food Pantry. There will also be a suggestion box for ABC countdown ideas at the table, so don’t miss out! See you there!
The H.O.P.E. Club wants to remind you to complete the Self-Care and Self-Love Assessment found on the February Toilet Times Newsletter for a chance to win a “Treat Yo’self Basket” full of goodies to help you get in the practice of self-care. Two baskets are available. The assessment will be open through the end of 6th period today, February 28 – just scan the QR code found in the bottom right corner of this month’s Toilet Times Newsletter. The drawing will take place immediately following 6th period and the winners will be notified.

SPORTS:
Baseball tryouts will be on March 3rd. All those wanting to try out will need to have a physical turned into the school nurse before they can try out. Baseball tryouts are at 3:15 in gym B. If you have, any questions stop by the Athletic Office or reach out to Coach Bryce Luken at bluken@uths.net.
"Girls Soccer Tryouts will be on Monday and Tuesday, March 3rd and 4th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. We will meet in Gym B. If you have any questions please contact one of the girls soccer coaches."
Softball tryouts will be Monday March 3rd & Tuesday March 4th.
Jr's & Sr's will tryout from 3:15-4:30 & Fr & Soph's will tryout from 4:30-5:45, both tryouts will be held in Gym A. If you have any questions please see Coach Alonzo, Coach Tapia or Coach LaFountaine.
"For any boys interested in playing boys tennis, practice will begin outside on the tennis courts at 3:30 on Monday, March 3rd. Please see Coach Cahalan if you have any questions."
