CLUBS:

Today, April 7th, is World Health Day, a worldwide effort to raise awareness about health issues and promote well-being for all. You can learn more about World Health Day on this month’s Toilet Times newsletter or by turning your attention to the TV monitors for the H.O.P.E. Club’s Mindful Monday highlight. As we seek to foster understanding of the importance of global health and promote health habits here at UT, the H.O.P.E. Club invites you to celebrate not only today but also through the remainder of the month by getting “Active for April.” Here is a quick snapshot of events happening at UT to get you moving:

· Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15-4:00PM, you can get your steps in while socializing with friends in a walking group. The group will meet in the Guidance Office to start.

· Yoga at UTHS on Wednesday April 23 at 3:15-4:00PM in the Wrestling Room

· Panther Pant on Wednesday, April 23rd at 5:30PM

Remember to track your activity using the QR code on this month’s Toilet Times newsletter for a chance to win a Spring Gift Card Bouquet.

UT FCA will have its second meeting of the 4th quarter tomorrow, April 8th, at 7:20 am in the Girls' Gym. Landon will be giving a lesson on how to avoid being a lukewarm Christian. Snacks will be provided! See you tomorrow!
