"It's that time of year! The student matinee of this year's musical, Anything Goes, will be Friday, April 25th during 7th and 8th periods. Tickets are $7 (cash only) and will go on sale Monday, April 20th before school and during lunch. Make sure you plan and purchase a ticket early! Come support your peers!"

Students,

All prom guest forms need to be turned into student services by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 30th. You must have your guest's ID stapled to the form and signed. The forms can be picked up in student services or the general office.

ABC countdown will begin this Thursday! Thursday will be A for Adam Sandler and Friday will be B for Barbecue Dads vs. Soccer moms. We hope that everyone will participate and add some fun to our final 26 school days!

GUIDANCE:

Any seniors still needing to complete that FAFSA are welcome to attend a workshop in the UT Commons on Thursday, April 24th from 6-7pm. Your parents are welcome to attend. Check your email for a list of items to bring. Talk to your counselor if you have any questions.

CLUBS:

The application for Link Crew has been emailed to all sophomores and juniors, there is also a QR code on the screens. The application will close today April 21st. Please see Ms. Lafontaine, Mrs. Drish, or Ms. Torres with any questions.

LGBT+ club is having a short meeting this week after school on Wednesday April 23rd. The club will meet in Miss Williams room 125E right after school to plan the club's end of the year get together! New students are always welcome!

Did you know that May is mental health awareness month? Foster’s Voice will be meeting this Thursday at 7 am in gym A! Come join us to learn more about what you can do for mental health awareness! As always, bring a friend and grab a donut!

Do you want to lead a healthier and happier life? Then start moving. There is strong scientific evidence that being physically active can lead to a healthier and happier you and it is never too early or too late to start! Here are a few of the benefits of physical activity:

Turn your attention to the TV monitors for the H.O.P.E. Club’s Mindful Monday highlight on activity recommendations based on age. Remember to track your activity using the QR code on this month’s Toilet Times newsletter for a chance to win a Spring Gift Card Bouquet. Here is a quick snapshot of events happening this week at UT to get you moving:

· Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15-4:00PM, you can get your steps in while socializing with friends in a walking group. The group will meet in the Guidance Office to start.

· Yoga at UTHS on Wednesday April 23 at 3:15-4:00PM in the Wrestling Room

· Panther Pant on Wednesday, April 23rd at 5:30PM

We will have a student council meeting this Friday in Mr. Welch's room, 109S, at 7:30. We will have a panther pant recap and will also be discussing ABC Countdown, Exec Board applications, and any final student council activities for this school year. We hope to see you there!

All Student Council executive board applications are due by Tuesday, April 29th to Mrs. Colgan in room 172N. All positions are open so if you have any big ideas you would like to implement next year, feel free to apply and schedule an interview!

SPORTS:

There will be a volleyball meeting after school today in the team room. For anyone interested in playing volleyball next year.
