CLUBS:

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is now accepting applications for student leaders for the 2024-2025 school year.  Applicants should be strong in their Christian faith and have an interest in sharing their faith with fellow students and athletes.  Application forms, which include the FCA Statement of Faith, are available in 151N and are due to Mrs. Mital no later than Tuesday, April 16th. 

Gamer's Club will meet this Friday from 3 to 5 in room 149N."

Practice for bass fishing is cancelled for today. Practice will resume next Wednesday at 5:00 pm at Deere Run.

GUIDANCE:

Seniors - 4 new scholarships have been added. Check out the updated list on the counseling classroom.

Any students needing to take the ACCUPLACER test for dual credit can sign up in the counseling office. Testing is required for dual credit math, English and psychology. You will need your Black Hawk ID number to test. See Mrs. Drish if you have any questions.

Attention seniors! There is a new scholarship for students who attended Hillcrest Elementary. Applications are available in the filing cabinet and due April 16th. Please check the list for others as most are due soon! 

St. Ambrose University will be at UT today, April 3, from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.  The visit will take place in the Center Conference Room.  Students interested in visiting with the St. Ambrose representative should sign up in the Guidance Office.

"Students, do not forget, the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) representative, will be at UT tomorrow, April 4, to help with all matters FAFSA.  So, if you need assistance with the new FAFSA application, you should sign up in the Guidance Office to see the ISAC rep.  The sign-up book is located in the Guidance Office.

Teachers, are you interested in having a GUEST SPEAKER?  Representatives from the US Marine Corps and the Navy's Nuclear Program would like to speak with students about post-secondary career options and scholarships.  If you are interested in having a GUEST SPEAKER, please contact Mr. Davis, UT College & Career Advisor.
