As the school year comes to an end, Student Council would like to thank you all for your support of our school and program- most notably with our recent Dance Marathon. Thank you to our volunteers, staff, and students who showed up to make this event a success. Together we collected over $900 for our first ever donation to the University of Iowa’s Children’s Hospital. We can’t wait to see how this event grows over the years!
Are you bored with the color of your car? Would you like to learn an alternative to painting a car? Have you ever wanted to be a famous Rapper? How about a Vinyl Car Wrapper? Well you are in luck! Auto body Teacher Mr Rahn (RON) is not teaching a class on being a famous Rapper but he will be teaching a Summer School class on how to Vinyl Wrap a Car. You will learn all the steps involved from, disassembly of the car, removing trim, measuring and cutting the vinyl, installing, stretching, and heat setting the vinyl. Contact Mr Rahn (RON) Drahn@UTHS.net or stop by the Counseling Office for a permission slip and get them in so you will be guaranteed a spot!
